Hello, so recently my kid's phone had some problems. We bought him a case and it caused him some problems, like the big warning sign thing, so we had to remove the case and it worked perfectly.
Now for some reason, an app name "Hitman Sniper" says that it isn't compactable with the device even though I have Android 8.0, a samsung s9 and everything updated.
Is there something wrong with the phone, it's compactable with pubg mobile but for some reason it's isn't for Hitman Sniper? Do I need to get a new phone for him, do I have to do something that's long and hard?
The weirdest thing is that my other kid with literally the same device that my other kid has says that it's compactable and can install the game, and also that when putting a case it doesn't show up a big warning error or something.
