At sprint, if you take it into service if you dont have the extended warrenty the worst case is $35 for the repair or a refurb. Heck, if they can fix on site it is usually free.

Okay nevermind. I went to the Sprint store and they aren't allowed to touch rooted phones anymore. The guy showed me how to do it and he said it would surely work, but it didn't. Here's the link
