Please help nexus 7 factory reset

I take it you are unrooted? Well, without a touch interface you are rather limited. What you are going to need to do is enter ther bootloader (power off, then hold down both volume up and down, then hold power as well). Now you will need to set up a PC to handle the rest (you will connect with the USB cable that came with the device). What we need is to use fastboot on a PC to send commands to perform this wipe. The simplest way is to use wugs root tool found here.

This will pull together all the needed file. Just follow the instructions to set up. Once done, hit the unlock choice. That will wipe all partitions back to a factory state, no more of you data! Then if you want you can relock it to actually leave it in a true factory state with the bootloader locked back up
