Please Help - Screen Turning Black Randomly??

Hello I have had the Samsung A50 for about a month now and sometimes when using this phone the screen turns Black randomly sometimes it will come back on it's own sometimes I will have to click the Power button for the screen to come back up

I have tried "Turning On Accidental Touches" and "Turning Off Accidental Touches" which I have seen on other forms as Solved with this same issue.

It noticeable does it when the battery is around 30%

I charge my phone during the day using a power bar that you would plugmore then 1 thing into but since I use it for just my phone charger since it's long enough to reach close to my couch from usually from 7pm or 8pm for about an hour or until it hits 60%

Then I charge it during the night from 1am until 2pm just plugged directly into the wall

If Anyone can help me regarding this it would be apprecaited

Sometimes just randomly like while I am looking at it and open Skype for instance it will go black then sometimes come back on by it's own or sometimes I have to press the power button for the screen to come back

Maybe default screen time out is too fast ,usually it set at 30 seconds maybe increase to 1 minute? Try and see if that helps

Why would that matter?? I would close out all apps and then click on Skype and it would do it , it doesn't always happen with Skype it happens with other apps too as well.

I would be typing to my husband and then click on Skype not even 30 seconds later and it would do it, it happens randomly very odd times

Do you have anything blocking the proximity sensor like a case or screen protector?

I have a case on the phone give me a moment I will find the name of it

It's called spigen for Galaxy A50 slim armor
Drop tested military grade

No screen protector and the case was put on by the phone company

Ok just checked the case online, doesn't look like it would cause a issue, no screen protector so rules that out.
Let's try another thing safe mode , eliminate any 3rd party apps that can cause conflicts.
You can exit out safe mode anytime by restarting your device.

Power off the phone by holding down the power button for a few seconds.

Now Just Press and hold the power button and release it when you see the Samsung on screen.

After releasing the Power key, immediately press and hold the Volume down key.

Keep holding the Volume key till the phone completely boots up.

Once the phone boots up, ‘Safe mode’ should be appeared on the bottom of the screen

I'm not sure if that help since it was even doing it when I was given the phone I just didn't realize it until they were closed and wasn't really bothering me but it is annoying after awhile

I have put the screen timeout to 2 mins I will see if it does it again and keep this updated

It still does it.

It happens very rarely more so when I'm pulling down to get that bar of the Wi-Fi, Sound and where notifications would show up.

I went to where I got it today since this happens very rarely they couldn't get it to do it

Like I will click an app say for example "Facebook" and try to bring that bar down the screen will go black and then sometimes come back on its own and sometimes not.

I have no idea what to do here.
