OK so I loaded the leaked OTA earlier today. Went smooth. Downloaded, saved and ran through the steps of installing drivers then running unrevoked. When I run the reflash.exe it hangs on the "waiting to reboot" screen. Meanwhile, my phone has rebooted from HBOOT and is just chilling, fully booted. SO any ideas why unrevoked won't finish? Thank you so much for any and all help.

Man, I'm stumped on this one.

Ok, try redo-ing it. Then switch USB ports. Then try re-installing Unrevoked. Also, make sure you have the latest version (3.1, I believe)

Still no luck. I tried switching USB ports and reinstalling unrevoked. Everytime I run reflash, it hangs, either "waiting for system to settle" or "flashing recovery, don't touch phone" and it never finishes. Could this be from my SD card not being formatted? I never checked if I was fat32.

no it has nothing to do with your sd card. do you have htc sync installed? if so it does not mix well with the tool. and also make sure you have not current programs running using a usb (even tho you don't have one plugged in ). you can check this by typing "%temp%" without the quotes in your run prompt. let me know if one of these works if not we will think of something else.

Sounds like a program is interfering. Could be HTC sync or double twist.

after I type "%temp%" I see files there, but what do I do with them?

Oh yeah! Just finished installing the leaked Froyo! Thank you guys sooooo much! I love Android! ............ sorry about that. I am super stoked right now and want the world to know about it. So it was that darn HTC Sync keeping unrevoked from finishing. I had to go start>search>uninstall and the "uninstall HTC Sync" option popped up. Just thought I'd run through what happened for anybody else.
