If you have EVER downloaded any of these applications, your phone is likely compromised, even if you did a full wipe. The only way to clean it up is to Odin back to stock (if you have done so since you last used these applications, you should be fine).
EDIT: Laziness corrected This will put you back on 2.1, but you should be able to re-do the update afterwards. Link below.

If this is beyond your ability, it's time for a trip to AT&T (if you don't think you can explain in detail what happened, show them the blog post. They *should* understand).
Don't take this lightly; an app with uncontrolled root access can compromise the data on your phone. It's like leaving your keys in an unlocked car, it's just asking for trouble.
