If you haven't noticed the whole judicial system is corrupt. Taking down koh isn't gonna do anything. Yes the whole apple patent war is dumb, and yes we all hate the way apple is acting towards competition (like a spoiled little punk who always get there way) but taking your anger out on koh won't solve this issue

The uk's ip law is quite different. Thats something you should already know about if you're going to post what you did on the previous page.

Unlike many of the members on the forum apparently, I am not a patent attorney so I have no clue on the validity of the patents in question. But common sense tells me that without a system in place to protect intellectual property, "consumer choice" along with innovation will probably be negatively affected in the long run.

In this instance though, I think it's a little disingenuous to say it's all about protecting consumer choice, and not some nonsensical misplaced childish sense of allegiance to one form of a gadget over another.

I've no doubt if this judge's final ruling is against apple, the very same people who are slandering her now will be singing her praises.

Judge Lucy Koh should be impeached from her US district court position and promptly investigated for misuse of judicial powers and disbarred if necessary.

That's a strong accusation! What has she done to make you think she has misused her judicial power? Because of a decision you don't like? Disbarred??? LMAO you know much of nothing. Where is the petition to reform the patent system?
