My Poetic case came in today and I am really impressed! I can't believe this case was only $10.00 with shipping! The Note fits absolutely prefectly and it feels good in your hand. I now at last feel I can take my Note with me in public!

I just received mine yesterday, well worth the money. Good protection, good quality and design. Beats the $60 case from Samsung. I've used their case on both my Nexus 7's, and have been extremely pleased.

I ordered one along with my tabled last Sunday. I got the tablet Tuesday, the case is estimated delivery of 14 November.
I went to Best Buy, intending to cancel the case, but the only one they had was $80 + tax.

I decided to just wait for the Poetic case, $4.50 plus shipping.
You folks made me glad I waited.

For those that have the Poetic case, does your cover hold itself closed? I see the two little metal tabs on the top, I assume for the magnets in the cover to grab on too, but my cover just falls open.

My Poetic case finally showed up yesterday and I picked it up this morning. It's not bad. Definitely cheap. I can see it coming apart with heavy use, but for $5, why not. It's much slimmer than the Belkin case I got at Best Buy (which is going back today). This one also has the magnets in it so it wakes/sleeps the tablet, unlike the $50 Belkin one.

And to answer that question, mine stays closed; at least it does so far.

Only thing I'm finding really annoying is this "Day Note" feature that pops up every time I open the cover. It's disabled in settings yet it keeps happening.

Mine came in too. It is for sure $5. Super cheap material and I seem to be noticing a smell coming from the fabric. It covers the screen just fine . My biggest complaint is that it is positioned opposite of the Samsung case. What I mean is it closes to the top instead of the bottom.

I might Still go buy the official Samsung case.

Mine does stay shut via the magnets. As for the cheap statements and odor? I don't have any odor and it's as good of quality as the last cover I bought for four times as much for my last tablet. It is "thin" and that is by design. I see no reason the cover wouldn't last me a couple of years. I bought a neoprene slipcover for it also that should be here next week.

I had the same problem after I changed the settings but it stopped after I rebooted.

I just got mine yesterday and it's great for the price. I power off the tablet, not just the screen every night or when I leave for work. Battery lasts for days. Last night I think I had close to 50% power. This morning it was dead!!!!! Coincidental or does this case turn it back on from being powered off!? If that is the case, I will return the case. Anyone else experience this?

UPDATE: I researched other threads and tried pressing the power button 10 to 15 seconds. After 10 seconds, the battery icon appeared with over 2/3 charge! Pressing the power button the normal 2 to 3 seconds now turns it on and it shows 72% power! Any ideas what happened?

Just got mine today it looks pretty good nice and slim. I turn mine off each time I am done with it so don't know if mine will do the same as yours dllrogers55 but will keep and eye on it.
