So I finally decided to get nexus media importer for my nexus 10 today, and it was very nice... Anyway,
My battery was empty so I decided to charge using pogo as usual but I forgot to disconnect otg, when I came back after 2 hours, it hasn't charged anything, from 4% to 4%...
One can conclude that otg disallows charging by pogo, any idea about that please?

Just tried mine with the Pogo charger and the Samsung OTG cable hooked up at the same time.

No charging capabilities on mine either.

I guess since they are both charging ports you can only have one working at a time.

Thank you
So allowing both at the same time for otg only isn't applicable?

In theory it *should* be possible, since with OTG the tablet is acting as the host USB device, however you would probably need hardware and software support for it to be possible, which probably simply doesn't exist (especially since OTG isn't even a supported feature out of the box). The USB port of the N10 is designed to a client usb connection, and therefore receive power over it...my guess is that the inability to charge from the alternate port while it's in use is a built-in safety feature.

Hmmmm, that makes sense, thanks
I guess I'll just have to import the movie that I wanna watch when the battery is low

So, you *CAN* charge via POGO connection and use an OTG device at the same time.

To make it happen, you need:
- A POGO power cable
- An OTG Y-cable with power (This is important! A regular OTG cable will not work. It has to be a Y-cable.)
- Two USB power sources (e.g. two power adapters).

Plug all of that in. The OTG Y-cable will supply power to your USB device. The POGO pins will power your Nexus. Your battery charge will gradually increase as you use it.

Tested with a Nexus 10 at full brightness, running an app that disabled sleep, and with wifi off. With a 2A charger, it gains about 4% battery power per hour.
