Poor battery life on HTC Desire 626s

I upgraded my LG Volt to an HTC Desire around February 1st, and I have noticed that the battery life is terrible on this phone. I can put the phone on the charger overnite and when I wake-up the battery is at 100% but it drains really quick, even if I'm not on the phone. It goes from 100% to 50% in a couple of hours of mostly sitting on standby. Does anyone else have this problem with their Desire? Any help or tips are appreciated, thanks

When you go in to the battery stats menu in settings what does it say is using the most resources?
