WOW! I didnt know that this topic would get a lot of attention. I'm STILL having gps issues.
Here's my problem, and people, help me out. I've gone back to the sprint store, and the manager REFUSES to swap out my phone. The must see it not working in order for it to get replaced. MY phone's gps is sporadic. At times it works fine, other times it doesnt. What irritates me the most was the fact that my old curve 8330 and the evo both locked on a gps signal from the get go while mine didnt. While in the sprint store, the rep got it to lock on in 15 seconds or less. When i did it, in front of the manager, 2 mins went by and still nothing. The manger too my phone, brough up sprint nav and that worked and said "your phone works fine. i'm not swapping it out."
I was pissed. i sent an email to the regional manager and yet no response.
shortcuts on the bottom - home screen, back, search,, etc.. most of the time mine works, but at times it doesnt work. my slider screen is now a bit loose.
So, how do i get sprint to swap out my phone? mine's version 10.8
i'm going to try another sprint store but after the treatment I got, i was pretty disappointed.
suggestions?
