Pop-up notifications size

When I was first tinkering with my S10+, I found an option to make pop-up notifications, such as text messages, smaller and take up less screen real estate. It apparently was to make them less intrusive when I was already watching a video, etc. Now I can't find that setting to turn it off and make them normal again. Please help.

I think what your referring to is in phone settings>advance features>smart pop up view

I'm not sure that's it. I don't have any of those buttons turned on. Here's a screen shot. Maybe I'm dreaming and they always look like this, but it seems overly (underly?) small to my eyes.

Correct you are. I totally forgot it was tied to the edge lighting, which I really like. I think I'll keep it after all. Thanks!
