Pop ups

Hello everyone, I've been getting these random pop ups on my phone saying "secure Android mobi says your phone is infected recommend installing cleaning tool" anyone else getting this message and know how to correct it? I've tried numerous anti virus apps, but it does not go away. I was using dolphin browser than switched to chrome, same thing. Thanks in advance.

Which AVs? You could try Malwarebytes.
