Android Central Question
So this morning I go to try and listen to music with the front speaker. And I could not hear anything. Now my problem started yesterday with a clicking popping sound which is loud enough that I can hear and other people to hear. So you know I didn't know what it was at first until this morning. So when I noticed that sound wasn't working for any of my notifications my games and my music I knew something was wrong. So I called Koodo the provider that I'm with and the guy was so nice and he's like bring your phone in like I don't want to lose all of my stuff but I know that there's some kind of damage to the phone. When I was on the phone with him the phone was really really staticy and I couldn't really hear much of the the guy's voice over it. Does anyone else have this problem with their Samsung Galaxy A5 2017? I've had the phone for almost a year and thank goodness I'm still on warranty but I really don't want to lose all of my stuff that I have on this phone. Can anyone tell me any tips on how I can get my phone working before then so I don't have to get a brand new phone?
