Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot turns off automatically

Clear the cashe and data from hotspot shield in the applications area under settings. Restart phone and should fix your problem..

@BigHitBox, the last question was over 2 years ago - he probably doesn't even have the same phone now.

Truly, this solved my problem
