possible to increase display sens?

1. is it possible to increase the screen sens somehow? maybe via adb?

when using samsung internet, its too slow when scolling, swiping etc.

2. is it possible to activate 2 finger swipe which scrolls to bottom or top screen. my lg g2 was like this. very convenient.

Do you have a screen protector on? Does the screen sensitivity only seem sluggish using the Internet browser? I suspect it isn't an issue with the sensitivity -- it's more likely related to the specs of the phone.
