Livingroom - no flash in Pro Mode... first real shot with the camera. Weather has been lousy so I haven't been able to get outside with it since I got it and got it set up!

I don't want any white stuff yet but we got drowned from that same system that gave you the snow Amy. 1.5" of Rain since last night at 6:00PM - it finally stopped at about 8:00AM and moved off the Cape and out to sea! Now, just windy as hell! Much as I hate snow - pretty picture!

Shot these this morning of our new Generac 16KW backup generator... it was still very cloudy and gloomy. All the fall color is gone so leaves are just brown but, egh... some of you may remember, we had some multi-day power failures during the dead of winter last year! That was the straw that broke the proverbial "Camel's Back"!

As Edgar Allen Poe so eloquently put the words in the Raven's mouth "Nevermore!"

4X4 posts are to support the natural gas line (upper) and the electrical conduit (lower).

...yes, the siding needs to be pressure washed. We just took down a diseased Magnolia Tree, right where the generator is sitting and the side of the house is a mess from it! :-\
