Question: is there an app that will allow me to change the way my folders look and leave everything else exactly the same? I actually like sense 5 and want to enjoy it the way it is, but the folders to look ugly. I can't use Circle Launcher because I want apps, shortcuts, and bookmarks all in the same folder (and circle launcher works poorly with Sense).

Try Folder Organizer. You should be able to put everything in and change the icon of the folder without a 3rd party launcher

Nothing special but here's mine :)

I've been trying for like 2 weeks to customize my phone to make it look really cool and clean. But i'm the most un-creative person around lol. Not getting anywhere. Some of y'alls phones look really sweet!

I change my screens often, thanks to Jennifer for the wallpaper. My little twist on it.

Try Application Folder or Application Folder Pro. I got the pro version from the Amazon App Store when it was the FAOTD. I have been using it ever since. Also it will save your folders so when moving to another device it is easy to keep all of your folder lists. Here are the links to the play store.

Finally happy with how it all looks. I'm new to all this so took longer than expected! In the end I went for a very clean and simple lock screen.

I've done it so my power toggles show when I don't have notifications. They disappear when I get an email/app/call/etc... but return once notifications have been cleared (which happens automatically when the screen is unlocked).

I used a combination of Power Toggles, Widget Locker and Notifications Lock Screen Widget.

Here is my work in progress. I got much inspiration from Erik's homescreen on the first page but wanted to touch it up a little bit with more minimalistic features.

ADW Launcher - modify settings to hide active status bar on top and borderless icon bar on bottom.
Metro Station Icon Package
Simi Clock Widget (includes battery circle)
Circle Launcher for the buttons

With Circle Launcher, you can set it to launch contacts or apps. I created one button on the left to launch my media apps and a button on the right to launch my tool apps and the center button to launch a quick-dial for contacts. What's cool is that Circle Launcher allows you to replace the default icons with the ones you downloaded in the MetroStation Icon Pack.

I'll probably add weather to this using Minimalistic Text widget app. It also allows you to use it as a launcher. I'm thinking of allowing this widget to launch the HTC One weather app if I ever want to drill down and see more closely the hour-to-hour weather details.

What's great about this setup is you only need a single homepage for those of you who do not like to scroll. All of your most-used apps are at your fingertips with each radio button. The Simi Clock widget also allows you to customize up to 5 apps for the Hour, 5 apps for the Minutes, and 5 apps for the battery icon.

Looking for lock screen now :)
