Buzz launcher is pretty easy to use. You can download homescreens made by users and apply them to your phone. There are some really cool ones and you can add your personal touch. The app is a beta so it is not perfect. These are some examples.

Yeah it has some really good looking ones but drains quite a lot of juice

I had a launcher on and every time I tried something, it kept asking what program I wanted to use, I would hit "just once" cause I read somewhere I would not be able to retrieve sense back and how I originally set it up....is that true?

Go to the app store and get an app called home switcher. Let's you easily switch back and forth between launchers.

Hmm I'm a noob too and at first found it a bit complicated. Just play around with it a bit and you will know how to use it.

Nova allows you to set sense back as default right from its settings menu. You don't have to install more apps just to switch between launchers.

Also, resetting app defaults from the manage apps screen will allow you to choose a new default launcher.

Here's mine. I'm using Holo Launcher HD...I'm not a fan of Blinkfeed, and I wanted more icons on the screen vs. Sense only allowing 4 across each row. I don't have a good signal at my desk, but it is better than the ATT & Verizon iPhone's my co workers have...ie...no signal at all...
