have had my One since May, but hadn't done too much tweaking (took me a while to come out of iPhone mode). Just added a bunch of widgets the other day, now with lock screen widgets I have gotten more tweak-y.



Not sure how functional it will be (it's a long swipe up or down to make the sliders work), and I will probably wind up making some changes to the apps/shortcuts as those were the ones that jumped to mind, but I'll probably realize I missed some I use more often.
