Bit off topic but on the subject of rooting have you tried any Wifi tethering apps, or better yet are any compatible with the DNA.

Haven't tried because I use a Jetpack. You could look around rootz mabybe they have something posted there.

Just updated to 1.1 an hour ago and don't see anything yet and ran 1.0 for almost a week without any issues. Also Chingy has a rom he just released a few days ago that looks pretty good too just haven't had the time to try it.
