ok, so I click the weather icon on my homescreen>skins> and the only ones I get are the clock skins, I'm not getting the different weather skins

You have to click on Weather Skins... If you click on Skins in the lower corner, it only gives you clocks...

The weather skin is Tick. And the icons aren't custom haha they just have no labels. which you can disable somewhere, I cant remember where exactly.
