Post Your Note 3 Battery Life

That scares me given I have 3 more hours of standby and 27% more battery life with the Note 3 only have 30 min more of screen on time.

You have to bare in mind 3 hours of that was in th gym with terrible signal always looking for a signal..this battery life destroys what I got with my S4 and that's what matters most for me.

Got mine this morning. It was at 60% and ran down to 40 pretty quick with me downloading apps and fill brightness. I let it charge up and this is what I have so far...

Pretty happy if this holds

Re: Note 3 Battery Life

Just got my Note 3 today and I can confirm the battery is VERY STRONG.

I don't have a screen shot but being on standby mostly, and using it lightly in the evening, i'm sitting at 1 day 3 hours with 58 percent charge left. That rocks!

This is my first full charge drain (yesterday). This is after 2-3 bars average at work.. And streaming on mobile data (Google music, Netflix, YouTube, etc.). This would of course be heavy usage.

Also about 20% brightness. Auto was on for a little in the morning but shut it off and just set it manually. Also I was on mobile data all day (screenshots were taken once home and on wifi.)

This is my first full day. Normally I would have dropped it on a charger about 3 hours ago when I went to bed but I had to go back into work and thought I would see how long it would last.

Probably a stupid question here, but here goes..... My battery status shows that google services is at 37% and Android OS is at 36%, what can I do to make these lower ? It drains my battery fairly quick. Thanks

Hmm..I consistently lose 10% every 30 minutes of moderate use which usually equates to about 5 hours of screen on time. All the while streaming youtube, spotify and 5 email accounts. Seems about the same as my note 2

My battery life has dropped very noticeable after the latest software upgrade late last week. It seems the operating system is the big hog now. I really don't know what big used was before the upgrade because battery life was not an issue then, BUT IT IS NOW. Can anyone send any light on what I need to do. My phone is stock Note 3 on ATT.

A fair amount of people have had success after a factory reset. It's not convenient, but might be worth a shot if your battery life is hurting.

This is basically what I've been getting.

I didn't do a reset initially after the KK update, but I decided to go ahead and do one a few days after the update. I also wiped the cache partition as well.

**OK - This is not really playing the game, is it? You can't gauge battery usage with top ups in between.
