OK, fixed the wonky pixel problem and went back to the multi-color tall-min icons in the dock. Much better:

Where in the world did you get that WinMoPho7 style launcher from? That's unique.
It's plain old launcher pro, just using desktop visualizer to create the custom icons. I used google image to find the pics, then added the text and the shapes using picnik. Pretty slick, pretty simple!
[Layout] Android Phone 7 (HDPI) - xda-developers - has a good explanation. If you search around for "Android Phone 7" you can find some pretty images to use.

@Donmeister85, here is that screen shot of my wife's phone. Notice there is "4" offscreen notifications waiting the in toolbar... Thats just what she received over night! LOL...
She has had worse than this but I haven't gotten any of those screen shots... I will have to get one when she's in landscape mode with the entire status bar completely full.. LOL...
In her defense, she is an active student in a masters of nursing program and also involved in many many online nursing related groups on Twitter and Linked In so she gets more than the normal persons amount of email and constant notifications.
She has had worse than this but I haven't gotten any of those screen shots... I will have to get one when she's in landscape mode with the entire status bar completely full.. LOL...

I had actually forgotten about this. Happened to glance at the screenshots thread and saw your name as the last poster to this thread and figured I'd check it out.
I must say, that is one busy notification bar! At least those top bar pixels get plenty of exercise!

this is my first post... so sorry if i mess it up a bit 
these are my 3 current screens, the one with all the icons each open to folders for easy app access, and i'm pretty happy with it
