Power button issue

Maybe I'm imagining things, but ever since I got the Moto G3 last week the power button seems like its lower then when I originally got it. I'm saying this because it seems I have to press harder. I know it shouldn't stick out as much as the volume buttons, but any thoughts?

Welcome to Android Central! Does it seem less "clicky"? Could there be any kind of residue that's making the button stick a little? Like some dried soda, or adhesive from a decal/skin?

Nothing at all. It has not had heavy use since it came out of the box. At times it feels less clicky.
