Power button sticking after JB update

It seems that when I turn the screen off then back on the screen takes a second to respond, and sometimes takes a good 3 tries to get screen back on...but after a simple reboot it doesnt stick or give me problems...anyone else out there experience this?

I think its when you are low on memory and the phone is busy memory swapping.
