Received my 7edge yesterday via UPS. Turned the phone and was able to use the smart switch app to transfer everything from my s5 over perfectly. Great app by the way. Well I had a late meeting last night and I went to turn my phone power completely off but the power button would not do a thing. Then I decided to go ahead and just turn everything down to a silence and that volume button but that would not work either. Anyone else have these issues?
