Power Saving mode screen

When I switch to Power Saving mode on my G3 Frontier, a number appears below the time. See the screenshot. There's also a little icon to the left of the number. Does anyone know what the number and icon represent? Thanks.

Looks like your daily step count from SHealth. That's what the little shoe icon represents.

That must be it. I didn't realize that I selected that option. Is there a way to turn it off? Thanks.
