So today w/ my Gnex I was on a 2 hour conference call via speaker phone (had it on mute a large chunk of the time) and while I was on this call I was tethering my Xoom to it doing things for work, and also using my Gnex to dork around and surf the net, twitter, FB, and what ever else would take my mind off the conference call.

Great times!!

My fascinate would have seized up and died attempting just a portion of that lol

My thought too...how was the battery. I would assume not so great......how could it be getting abused like that.

If the screen was off most of the time I imagine it handled just fine. I've done this with my GTab 10.1 tethered to my nexus while on a call. Screen is by far the biggest battery hog for me.

Yep. I can get almost 2 hours of use out of my Nexus with the screen on, and it uses up about 75-80% of the battery, even on 30% brightness. With the screen off I imagine it would last quite a while.

I thought I read the GN didn't do voice and data at the same time???

It can only do voice and data via 4G.
