power / volume button issues (intermittent)

Keep having an issue where the power button and sometimes the volume buttons don't respond.

If I can get it to reboot it's then OK so suspect software. Before I try a factory reset just interested if anyone else has had this problem.

My volume button doesn't react sometimes after the 6.01update. So now I have installed volume chop cut. I suppose it's a software Problem?
