About how long does it take for Samsung to approve your request once it's submitted? I pre-ordered from Verizon. Filled out all and sent a pic of packing slip.

Ironically I received the Fortnite email confirmation about 20 minutes ago and the headphones arrived by FedEx. Was able to redeem the Fortnite offer with no issues.

i tried contacting them via online chat which is about worthless! still reads pending approval... for the people who got approved fast where did you pre-order from?

I preordered from Verizon, applied for the headphones through the Samsung shop app yesterday (yes, had to take a picture of my receipt) and received approval about 5 hours later. It was quicker than I expected.
