i have been freaking out and losing my mind over this ever since i said not now when i got notify optimize device care apps background and instead optimize past sun night
and the thing is when i got phone in mail back on 5th pre order and was activated that night smart switch<besides they guy did it next day at store
i never actually look into apps device care click on battery so i don't know if was always on unrestricted and option optimized besides restricted was grey out,when it did get notify i assumed when auto optimization wanted to do that auto device care thing or attempted to do notify me to optimze and i said not now
1st off i don't know if it going to notify me again or not i'm hoping it will click on it will display battery 2 options not now optimize i said correct thing optimize i go into device care battery it will be on optimized not on unrestricted
i guess what i'm trying to asked folks who pre order their s25 phones did you at the beginning look at apps device care click on battery did it actually show unrestricted at 1st with optimze and restricted was grey out and you had to wait until get notify optimize then you select optimize or did you have ability to click and either optimize or restrict
i'm very confused what is going on i know i'm a mess and getying used to s25 plus phone from s20 plus is a challenge for me it seems besides jumping ship from verizon to at and t hopefully somebody will respond maybe actually reply in thread i made<-doubt it meh
funny thing is samsung chat just few mins ago claims by default device care to unrestricted when pre order and both optimize and restricted supposed to be grey out
and had to wait until device care notify to optimize when click on it aka battery image not now 1 side the other side optimze which saw past sun night since said not now and i post pone it optimze that it will notify me again few days giving me same message then i can select optimze and it should default to optimze device care under battery and not be default to unrestricted

Question - at &t backup will be lost optimize now
i got notification on this i said no what does this means something about background Optimize Battery Life will stop working i don't know what it means anybody tell me what heck that is i should had did a screen shot i think this is that at &t cloud thing am not sure
