Just went to Samsung site and they made corrections to how the color choices are represented but there is good news as to the color choices.

From what I can see there is no such thing as a Gray 512 Ultra regardless of unlocked or carrier.....for AT&T there is 512 Ultra at all. You can get get a black S20+ on AT&T.

I can live with Black but it's really a shame that the most expensive models have the least options. Even 128 Ultra is limited to gray or black. The only good thing with the 512 is I dont have to choose.

How's the traffic when preorders go live? Does the Samsung and the carrier websites load slow and lose connection?

There has been issues in the past, so don't expect everything to go quick and smooth.

somehow, as much as i'm all ready to go the samsung.com route to buy the phone from samsung.com, i still am curious to now what the JOD prices are, just as a comparison.

From what I've seen the down payment is gonna be rediculous. $850 for the 512gb ultra. Not sure what deals they'll give for super well qualified customers, but that's always hit or miss.

why would i pay $850 down for a phone that i do not own and at the end of the 12 months, will have to pay a "purchase option fee"???

i'd rather do the purchase option fee NOW on my S10+ from TMobile, get that over with, use my S10+ to trade in on samsung.com, and from now on, only do the trade in on samsung.com

I'm using one of my EIP lines for the ultra and jumping my note 10 to something cheap to get out of JoD. I'll look into the Samsung option for the note 20.

Looks like the Gray 512GB Ultra is available in Canada. That's odd to me as usually they treat North America as a single market when it comes to this type of stuff.

If you have a Canadian cousin and are dead set on a gray one maybe give them a call

Only 2 hours left. I shouldn't be this excited about spending this much money. I've been on workers comp for 4 months now and need a shiny new toy to occupy my time until I can finally go back to work. PS: shoulder surgery recovery is no joke. Especially for a mechanic.

I wish I was that excited considering I'm about to drop some cash myself. I seemed to be a lot more excited for the S10. I fell in love with that design instantly. I mean, I'm looking forward to it, just not as excited as I was with some other devices.

Thank you. I'm mainly looking forward to the camera improvement since Samsung has been slacking in that department lately. Refresh rate and battery size are a bonus. Also I have an addiction I can't seem to kick. Probably close to 20 phones in the last 12 years.

Even though the website didn't look any different after midnight, instead of being guided through to the pre preorder, I was able to just make the purchase. I just placed my order. It's current status is Payment Pending and estimate delivery date of March 6. There is a pre-authorization on my charge card.

I checked again. It is showing as expedited to NY but I think it's free two day shipping vs $14 for one day shipping.

Yes sir! The Shop Samsung App was glitching. Read on here that people were successfully ordering with their laptops, so I went that route.
