Yes sir! The Shop Samsung App was glitching. Read on here that people were successfully ordering with their laptops, so I went that route.

Wanted the Ultra but just saw a Plus cloud blue unboxing and it is beautiful. Might go with the Plus instead. Wanted the bigger phone, but the 6.7 inch is still bigger then my Note 9 and that cloud blue will go great with the cloud blue galaxy buds +

Yeah, lousy that every model and configuration has color limitations. In the beginning I was mildly disappointed that 512 Ultra only came in black. I was almost going to get the 128 in Gray but then the black started growing on me the more I watched review videos. I also liked that it blended in the camera module better since it is a bit larger on the Ultra and starting looking weird to me in the Gray.

Hi all, just so I am clear... As far as the credits/gifts we were supposed to get ...
For example: I ordered the S20+ Unlocked with a $600 trade in value for my S10.
I received $150 gift to use for accessories and then was given another $35 ... So, $185 total which I was happy with ...
But, it sounds like some folks received an additional $25 via an e-mail containing a promo code?
If anyone can shed some light, I would appreciate it... Maybe the extra $25 was only of you ordered the Ultra??

No....those of who didn't wait for the email to order didn't receive the 35 until later in a separate email. There was an extra 25 mentioned on the site before preorder. The total "up to credit" moved up to 225 from 200 but I think that was an error because at midnight it changed back.

I just finished pre-ordering an S20 (ATT) FROM Samsung's web site and the confirmation email I got had some errors with the itemized charges. It should have said I'm financing $399.99 with ATT for 30 months but instead said $443.99 for 30 months at $13.33/mo. The monthly cost seems right (totals to the expected $399.99) but the $443.99 is wrong. I later got a 2nd email with "NaN$" in place of the $443.99 (I know from my programming days that NaN means "not a number"). So, seems Samsung has a glitch with their system.

They so seemed to charge me twice for local tax on one of the accessories I ordered. I'm waiting for a 3rd confirmation email with the correct itemized charges...
