Pre-ordered? Get yo money!!

I called and no dice. The rep talked to 2 different folks and couldn't apply it. Wound up transferring an upgrade to pickup in store and will return the pre-order at the same time.

Dang!! The thing with Verizon though, is that sometimes you just gotta keep calling until you find one that understands. If your patient enough, give em another call. I would ask them to try the discount code online to prove your point.

Working on it right now. She doesn't know anything about it either. Hopefully I can get it, even if just a credit to the account.

thats what she did, credit my account so it will show up online on my account in a couple of hours she said......
 
On the phone right now with "April," she's working on it right now!!! Fingers crossed! She said she has to connect to the Online Sales Dept to get this taken care of.

No dice for me. Said she can't see the discount, and it doesn't work on their system. Ohh well, might try again later.

definitely try with someone else.....she had to go online herself and pretend to order and use the code i think to prove it could be done :)
 
I got shot down on two chat attempts and two tries over the phone. In the third chat attempt I finally got a $90 credit to my account by specifically asking for a $90.00 credit for the price difference between my order and the price they were selling the phone for today with the verizon30 promo code. The rep checked the price on the website and then made the adjustment for me. Good luck on the adjustment to all of my fellow pre order people.

When I talked to them, they made it sound like another "glitch". 209$ for a N3!!! The N2 is 199$.......Hurry before its fixed!!!!!
 
I had to call in 3 times, but I finally got the $90 credit!
The first time, the lady wouldn't even admit that the code existed...
The second time, the woman was able to confirm the code, but said I would have to cancel my preorder (with unlimited glitch) and submit a new order.
The third time, the guy found the code, but was adamant that it only applied to the Moto X or something and that nobody was getting it on the Note 3. I kept insisting that people were and it seemed like the conversation was about to get ugly when he randomly changed his mind and gave me the credit!

Hopefully getting them to reinstate my unlimited will go smoother, as it sounds like Verizon is shipping all of the glitch preorder Notes with a contract stating 2GB...
 
I will try again, but going through chat. Have to be able to work and chat. Joy of two screens.
 
I pre-ordered my Note 3 last month. I called VZW this morning to get the promotion applied. Initially, the rep I was speaking with said she, nor her manager, could not apply to coupon to my order. However, I eventually got them to honor the 30% coupon and apply a $90 credit to my account.

However, they also gave me a $30 credit to as a refund of my upgrade fee. I guess from 10/2 - 10/31, VZW is running a promotion to waive the upgrade fee.
