Everyone who pre ordered is eligible. Easiest way is to receive the $90 account credit. Make sure you call Internet Sales CS at 866-338-7390. The reps are aware of the promotion.

Not all of them are aware. Had one who stated it wasn't verizon's code, that it was a vendor code. Well, after seven representatives and over 45 minutes, I seem to have been credited my $90.

Right after I ordered the black S-view cover from the web site. For 25% off, no less. That's half the credit gone, already...

I called last night but they told me the internet sales department was closed. Finally had free time to be on the phone for an hour so I called just now hoping they weren't closed. Took me a whole 12 minutes!
They asked if I wanted it back on my credit card or an account credit, I was so happy they said ok, I didn't care. She gave me some long explanation about how an account credit would be a lot easier for them. I said I'm good either way.

Is anyone having luck getting the discount applied today? I just got off the line and they said they will only honor the discount for people who brought their phone on 10/10 due to the error. I said I preordered the phone on 10/6 but the rep I talked to still refused to do it.

I got it today. Ask for the internet sales department. Got 90 off two phones. Credited 180 back to my account.

The verizon30 applies to the note 3. If you preordered yours (like i did)at no discount get your money. I called and was on for about 30 min. Sounds like a glitch. But I got my money....90$!!!!

I attached mine for proof. Just tell them I'm a 3rd cousin, twiced removed if you need to show this...

**first person I called had no idea, so of course I had to call back with proof.....GOOD LUCK!!!

Good looking Cuz Sal! I called them and after 30 mins on the phone with a rep that had no idea about the discount, I will be credited with the discount after my 14 day return period.

Isn't the edge based on retail price of phone? I don't think it applies.

I preordered mine with Edge. I received it release day, called yesterday and received my discount. Since I called to order my phone, I had to call 611 to speak to them to get it. It took a supervisors OK, but I got it.

I've call 4 times since 10/10 with no luck! The supervisors tell me that it's an old code that should not of worked. They wont give me the 30$ free up grade offer either. Grrrrrrrr!

That's an extremely Illogical idea for a "discount". Did you try another rep?

Well....the "VERIZON30" no longer applies to online purchases (I tried it). Its now 299$. If you were able to get a 90$-120$ discount congratulations! If you didn't and still want to try, best of luck....
