Pre-ordering with Best Buy

Verizon rep said that if the bogo deal doesn't immediately take effect when i place order thru bestbuy they will file a promotion protection. I don't know if I want to risk that. Almost 4am and bestbuy still ain't showing these bogo deals.

Att has a BOGO deal too and when I went to bb they didn't show up for att either. It's definitely a bb problem.

Yeah. Makes me wonder if I have to wait for later today to see if they fix the issue. sucks if it causes my note phones to be delayed if I wait til later. If I do it now and the bogo ain't in effect Verizon said they would do a promotion protection but damn the question now is do I trust Verizon lmao

It finally stopped saying note10+ blue was out of stock and it let me order it and the black note10. But no mention of bogo deal so back to Verizon I go lol

That's crazy. I hope they fix it so you can get what you want. Going in to bb is definitely going to be a hassle.

Lol after Verizon told me they would do the promotion protection thing now they tell me I have to contact bestbuy to see what they can do on their end to make sure I get the bogo deal. Yeah I'll will deal with them after I get off work tonight. Lmao.

Yes. Would do Samsung, but they're only giving 400 for the note 9 when BB will do 600 if you're getting the carrier version.

I 'fought' Verizon last year. I still have 'scars' from that one. How did I get back at Verizon? I gave them more business, that's how. I added my two younger brothers to my plan. It's all good now though I did finally order through Samsung's site just before midnight this time around.

The issue this year as with the last was color availability and storage configurations. There were shortages of blue 8GB/512GB Note9s in 2018 and this year it's the Aura Glow. I have some difficulty believing that Samsung could not anticipate high demand for the 12GB/512GB Note10 Plus and Note10 Plus 5G.

I wound up getting the 256 gig Note10 Plus in Aura Glow with a delivery date of the 23rd of August. Just before I hit the 'Buy' button I checked my Note9's internal storage to see that I have used just 137GB of 512GB. I have a 400GB card in the Note9 that's just half-full; that makes me an optimist I suppose.

I wanna preorder through Best buy but it only gives me the estimate for the trade in. Would I have to go instore to do the preorder for the trade in and also how would I get the 150 in samsung credit for the accessories?

I have bought my last four phones thru Best Buy with no problems, but,

Best Buy has not updated its site to reflect the new AT&T Next plans introduced last month. I am currently on the Next new phone every year plan (24 months plan) and that has been replaced with a "Next Up" where one can upgrade when half the price of the phone has been paid if one pays an extra $5.00 a month.

When I tried to pre-order, it got to the point where I enter my old phone's info and comes up with that I need to pay $514.50 instead of $14.50 that AT&T says I need to pay to upgrade. Of course, the BB monthly charge is then about half of what they advertise reflecting the payment and credit against the new phone, but...

I really want that Aura Blue! Guess I need to go to a BB store and see if there is away out of this trap, but, knowing my BB store, 45 miles away, they won't know anymore than I do. smh

Oh,yeah, they show Aura Blue as being available thru Verizon, not AT&T...

Ok - Did your orders originally say Order Status "Ordered" ? I thought mine did, but it says "In Process" now. I have some order screen shots but don't recall for sure what it said originally.
