I have bought my last four phones thru Best Buy with no problems, but,
Best Buy has not updated its site to reflect the new AT&T Next plans introduced last month. I am currently on the Next new phone every year plan (24 months plan) and that has been replaced with a "Next Up" where one can upgrade when half the price of the phone has been paid if one pays an extra $5.00 a month.
When I tried to pre-order, it got to the point where I enter my old phone's info and comes up with that I need to pay $514.50 instead of $14.50 that AT&T says I need to pay to upgrade. Of course, the BB monthly charge is then about half of what they advertise reflecting the payment and credit against the new phone, but...
I really want that Aura Blue! Guess I need to go to a BB store and see if there is away out of this trap, but, knowing my BB store, 45 miles away, they won't know anymore than I do. smh
Oh,yeah, they show Aura Blue as being available thru Verizon, not AT&T...
