YOOHOO! S7+ and keyboard case arrived about 2:15, just as I was headed to my daily workout. Tab was charged to 54%, so I put it on the included 15W charger and when I returned about an hour later it was at 100%. Bookcovers I ordered from Amazon also arrived.

Bookcover by ProCase:

Both are very slim and light. The ProCase fits all the way around the edges with cutouts for speakers, buttons, and connectors. It is very much like a NeoHybrid slim smartphone case and has a translucent hard plastic back. The fit is very tight -- I had to struggle to get it off.
The Neepanda is a bit "more minimalist" -- it grabs the Tab on each corner, but does not cover the edges. Back and front ar of the same material, with a suede-like lining on the inside. This one is virtually identical to the covers I have used on my Tab S3 for 4 years. Very slim, light weight, functional.
Both have cutouts on teh reverse where the Spen attaches magnetically to the Tab. They do not have a cover flap like on the keyboard cover.
I also attached the keyboard cover. The back just snaps on magnetically and grips rather tightly. It has a "wing" that folds out to act as a stand to hold the Tab upright at any angle you prefer and it does have the cover flap over the Spen. The Keyboard piece is separate; connection is really simple. when the whole thing is closed, it is noticeably heavier and bulkier than the two Bookcovers.
So my initial choice for daily use: I don't think I will be using the keyboard every day, so I'm going to keep it in reserve to use as needed or when traveling. Otherwise, my choice will be the Neepanda, primarily because it is most like what I have been using and it is much easier to remove when I want to employ the keyboard option.
Now, on to getting the setup completed, transferring data from my Tab S3, and giving this new baby a ride. Like I said, "YAAHOO!"
