It's a sad irony in life when you want something so bad and wait for it so long that by the time it arrives you're not sure if you even want it anymore.
I'm in the same boat. I got the Evo 4g the day it came out, and although there have been a huge number of better devices that have come out in the mean time, I never suffered from buyers remorse. I was just anxious for my two year contract to be up so I wouldnt have to buy my next phone at retail price. The GN has been the phone I've wanted ever since it was announced, but as my contract is coming to an end, I just want to make sure that the phone I pick is going to keep me satisfied for two more years. The wait for the GN is kind of killing my desire for it, there was a time when I would have left from work to go get one if it was available on my carrier. Now, not so much. When they release it, I'm going to take a look at what other phones are available, what is due soon, and make my choice then.
