Presidents new drioid pro problems

So the president of my company jut got a droid pro (I konw...) and every time he sends an e-mail that address is added to the contact list so his address book is now crazy big! How do I delete everything but what is in his exchange contacts on his PC and prevent new contacts from being added like this?
