Prevail Tethering Problem!

I have rooted my boost mobile prevail phone and I downloaded the wifi tether APK attached and I can use the internet and surf the web and download files but I can not download load torrents thru Utorrent on my computer utorrent just says connecting to peers and never connects and also DTH says its waiting to log in.

Can any one relate or shed some advice?
