Preventing lock on inactivity timeout

After a period of inactivity, the display blanks and the device locks.

Is there a way to disable the locking mechanism, or perhaps set the inactivity timeout greater than 10 minutes?

At the moment I'm learning about my new device, but it seems that I have to (swipe) unlock it at every interaction.

Setting >mydevice>lockscreen

there you'll see secured lock time

Sent from my Galaxy S4 via Android Central App

Settings > My Device tab > Display > Screen timeout is actually where you can change the timeout... but 10 minutes is the max you can set this to.

Settings > My Device tab > Lock screen > Screen lock > you can set this to None if you don't like the Swipe.

Play Store: NO LOCK

Loading an app, or just changing your settings to None... you have choices.... personally I prefer to not load more apps on my device than necessary... but I guess you have choices.

Thanks, missed that choice.

Thanks. This is ideal whilst I'm familiarising myself with the device. In combination with the Samsung Flip Case cover, I have the perfect combination for me.
