EDIT: as someone posted elsewhere, the price dropped since yesterday and is now $55. :O :O :O

FYI, the Droid 3 is available for $149 online, and no tax which is good if you live in CA like me!!

It was $199 in the VZW store today, but my corp discount gave me $50 off instant, so it was $149 after that discount. No rebates!

That was my price online directly from VZW, $149 with free 2-day FedEx shipping. Even if the Bionic came out today, too, it would probably be $249 and I don't think I could justify the $100 difference at this point in time.

Just kidding. I have an employee discount on my line. I'm sure that was what the $50 drop is from.

Anyway, $50 is pocket change considering the total cost of a 2 yr involvement with a phone. ?even with the 20% company discount.

Its $55 for new verizon user, it switches to $130 whenever you click "upgrade my account"

The Costco deal requires a limited data plan when upgrading an existing account that has unlimited data. It looks like the only way to keep unlimited data is by upgrading through Verizon.
