Anyone know of a free or reasonably priced app that will allow you to print from your phone to a WiFi printer?

I believe that's the only way. E print

Or you could buy one of those usb things you plug into your phone and connect the printer as a usb to your phone although I'm not sure if it would work

Cloud Print.
Then, run Chrome on a PC that can print to the printer that you want. Cloud Print sends the file to the PC that is running Chrome, that PC then prints it.
The drawback is that you need to have a PC running. But that is not an issue for me because I run a PC all of the time as a server.

I have found the best wireless print app for me is PrintShare (in the play store). It costs around $13 which is very reasonable considering that it prints with every wireless printer I have ever tried it on from my S3, Tab 10.1 and Tab 2 7. You install and if there is a wireless printer in range on a network that is open or you can connect to it will print documents and pictures perfectly every time. To see if it works for you situation there is a free version which is simply a test version. While $13 is pricey for an Android app, it is chump change compared to the price of any software for a Mac or PC or game player. You may find it worth your while to give the free test version a try.

No. I don't have an e-printer and I have used the HP ePrint app to print to my networked HP printer (photosmart c6380).

I was using PrintShare - but now I use CloudPrint - both are very good and do the job. I LOVE PRINTING from my phone - I use The Coupons App and look over it in the morning, send all the coupons to my printer just in case the merchant won't take the one on my phone.
