Print Service Plugin stopped working

After working flawlessly for the past couple years, my two home printers no longer show in the Samsung Print Service Plugin app.
They are not technically WiFi printers - one is a Brother, one a Dell. They're connected to a laptop on the network.
The Note 9 and the laptop are both connected to the network. I can print to those printers from other computers on the network.
I don't have a clue how to get them reconnected. Anyone here know what I need to do?

Go to Settings>Apps, tap Menu>Show System, select Samsung Print Service, and clear its app cache/data. Does that do anything?

Thanks, but unfortunately it didn't work. I'm at the same spot as when I began.

What I didn't mention in my original post is that I think the printers do appear (the full name scrolls off the screen...) BUT, they're grayed out. It's possible they are the same printers but from when I had them connected directly with a USB cable. IDK...

I tried deleting and reinstalling the Print Service Plugin but that changed nothing.
I shut down and restarted the computer the printers are cabled to with no luck.
I don't get it, it worked so well for so long and now there's not a thing showing!

Since they are grayed-out, I can't forget them. Or do you mean forgetting them from the network entirely??

OK, I deleted and reinstalled both printers from/to the network, with no change - damn. Thanks for the suggestion.

Thanks for correcting my erroneous screenshot. Here's the plugins I have...

BTW, the printers worked fine without the Brother plugin. I downloaded it today to try anything to get a printer connected again.

Have you tried to add printer by IP address ?
