Where do you go, on the phone to add, edit, delete printers?

Try composing something in an email. Select your menu and it should have a print option. When you select that it should start searching for a printer. If it does not find one after a few moments it will give you an option to add a printer. Hope this helps, its the only way I have done it. I don't have one of those wireless printers so I use Cloud Print for now.

I've got that part, but I'm trying to figure out where the printers are listed so I can delete the ones I don't want.
Kind of like on a pc in Control Panel where it lists your printers and you can adjust the properties, etc.

The printer you purchased will have an app to allow printing to it. There are generic apps that also work with most printers.

Ok, what I'm trying to do is delete printers.
On a regular pc, you can go to the Control Panel and access your printers. Where is the 'Control Panel' for this phone?
