Is it possible to remove printers already installed when Android starts? I am running android 13 TKQ1.221114.001 on a xiaomi MIUI Pad Global 14.0.6 tablet. I am using a DNP printer with WCM2 wifi module and Android detects the printer on startup but does not delete the previous printer. THANKS.

Not absolutely sure but your printer is probably set to dynamic IP, hence it showing up as a different printer after restarting.
See if there's a setting in the printer configuration for static IP. This does invite other issues but give it a shot. You can always revert back to dynamic.
If you are using a DNP printer you can probably configure a static IP.
