Printing with S6

Went to Best Buy and bought a Brother MFC-J4620DW printer that is on sale for printing wireless with my Samsung Galaxy S6.

Man this is really great to be able to print a document or picture with your S6.
And if will do NFC for printing too.

Then write on it and scan it and have the Brother to email the document to your email address.

Took my Wifes Samsung Galaxy S5 and tried to do the same thing.
Man its a lot harder to do the same thing with the S5. Lot more steps.

Make sure you download the Brother print service plug-in and the Brother iprint and scan app from the play store.

Why do you need the Brother plug ins? Can't you do everything via Cloud Print?

To the OP - does your wife's S5 have Lollipop? I think that cloud Print is far more integrated in 5.x than it ever was before and perhaps why the s6 was so much easier to setup

You can. I just think it's easier with it.

There are so many options on how to print.
Wow.
On the S6 you can slide the menu to the left and it shows print on the brother.
But you nerd to go to the app itself & setup the printer & paper size & all.
Used NFC to print a picture.

Thanks for the heads up. Didn't even know the plugin had been released. That's definitely more seamless than the separate app.
