Problem flashing a radio ??

I just flashed my friend's thunderbolt using the auto root method and was successful (it shows s-off and has super user) and I moved the radio file to the root of the sd card, renamed it to PG05IMG.zip and when I power off then on into hboot it doesn't ask to update so I can't flash the radio..I tired a few times and I tried 2 different radio files...it is currently rooted stock with the mr1 radio...any help is appreciated

With your device connected to your PC as a drive... right click the PG05IMG.zip file, select Properties... make sure the actual name of the file is PG05IMG.zip and NOT PG05IMG.zip.zip (of course this will not work).
