"Problem Loading Widget" Nova Launcher

My phone is rooted. I just recently tried out a few Roms. All of them are not allowing me to use the digital clock widget. http://forums.androidcentral.com/android-4-1-4-2-4-3-jelly-bean/323105-problem-loading-widget.html

I tried this solution on another thread but I had no luck.

Currently running Maladus 2.0.2 24a on KK 4.4.2

Can't use it here either and I'm NOT rooted. It's just that widget not playing nicely with Nova

It wasn't working with Google Now either.
